Homosassa, Florida — A road rage suspect was arrested and charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle, discharging a firearm in public, and criminal mischief.
According to officials, on March 5, Tyler Grimison, 31, intentionally swerved into a truck that was travelling in the outside lane on U.S 19 in Homosassa and struck the victim’s vehicle.

The victim was able to provide a description of Grimison and his Jeep. Additionally, detectives used witness testimony and nearby surveillance video to track down the suspect.
A warrant was served on Grimison at his home. During the search, detectives found the gun they believe he used to shoot at the victim.
Grimison was taken to the Citrus County Detention Facility and is being held without bond.
